Terms and Conditions:

1. All greeting card submissions must be your original work. You must own the copyright to any and all photographs that may be included in your cards. In addition any photographs that contain people that are distinguishable must have a proper release signed and in your possession. Images of America and it's parent company Yeteasy LLC assume no liability or responsibility for any infringements created by you. You agree that any infringements on copyright violations will hold Images of America, it's parent company Yeteasy LLC and any other affiliates or subsidiaries harmless.
2. You may submit as many greeting card designs as you wish. Any or all submissions do not constitute being included in our mall. Images of America will select what it feels are the best greeting cards from all submission and ultimately pick those that are to be included in our mall. If your cards are selected you will be compensated. (See compensation below)
3. Images of America reserves the right to exclude any greeting cards submitted that it feels is distasteful for any reason whatsoever.

Type of Greeting Cards: Holiday's, Birthday's, Special Events, Graduation, Humor, Love, Romance, Father, Mother, Daughter, Son, grandchild or any other greeting card categories.

1. We are looking for greeting cards that are high quality and relevant to any and all occasions.
2. All greeting cards should be technically correct. Cards may contain images, clip art, photographs, lettering or other content that has been manipulated or altered in programs like Photoshop or others.

Compensation:

Royalties for greeting cards used in our mall is equal to 50% of the actual retail selling price. If your cards selected to be used in our mall you will receive an email with necessary instructions and royalty contract. All greeting cards are provided to our customers as a digital download or printed versions that we will produce and deliver for you. You only need to provide the original design.
